IN the Month of May
For Playseum Bucks...
Jump into Spring by painting a bird house or a fun new wooden project in the art shop ($3-10)
Mold and roll out some terra cotta clay and create an imprint of nature ($1)
Whip up a Strawberry Smoothie in the Bakery or get dirty and make a mud pie! ($3)
Create some scented bubble bath, lotion, lip balm or toothpaste at the be-hive bar ($1-3)
Things for Spring are in the air. Come be creative with our art teachers.
This Spring we have teamed up with Language Stars, a Company that is dedicated to teaching Language to young children. Every other week Langauge Stars will be coming in to offer story time and song in Spanish, Chinese or French.
Chinese - Ni Hao! Come for an interactive, fun story time in Chinese! Laoshi will be reading and acting out your favorite stories in Chinese. Experience Chinese culture and language in action by also participating in some fun games! Xie Xie!
French - Bonjour! Take a journey to France with our French Teacher at the bethesda Playseum. Bring your friends and let’s travel to Paris! Merci!
Spanish -¡Hola! Come and learn from Senorita while reading classic children’s stories in Spanish, for an interactive and educational story time! Bring the little ones for games and songs as well! ¡Gracias!
